We are a Canadian store on the internet. We sell our products at shows, through our shopping cart, and by email and phone.

Prices
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Your credit card will be charged in your own currency.

Inquire about discounts for quantity or wholesale purchases.

Taxes
Canadian customers will be charged GST or HST according to their province of residence.
GST is added to the order sub-total and to the cost of shipping.
No taxes are charged to out-of-Canada customers.

Discounts on Jump Rings
There are discounts on the quantity of troy ounces purchased: 5% discount on 3-5 troy ounces; 10% on 6-9 troy ounces; and 15% on more than 10 troy ounces.

Ordering
The online store is a secure website. You can feel confident in entering your credit card information. We’ve just upgraded the shopping cart software (Dec. 2010) and an additional layer of security has been added with encryption of credit card information. Another alternative is to use the PayPal shopping cart and pay with Visa, MasterCard or PayPal funds on their secure website.
As well, you can email or phone us with your order and payment information.
Do not send your credit card information by email.
Your order will be processed as soon as payment has been cleared and it will be shipped within 24 hours for in-stock items.
You will be contacted for instructions concerning out-of-stock items.

Shipping
• Shipping to Canadian Addresses is $7.95 for orders under $200

• Shipping to U.S. addresses is $11.95 for orders under $200

• Shipping to Canadian or U.S. addresses is FREE for orders OVER $200

• Contact us for shipping charges to international addresses.

Shipping is by Canada Post: Xpresspost to Canadian Addresses (1-2 days between major urban centres) (remote: up to 7 days)
Shipping is by Canada Post: Expedited Parcel to U.S. addresses (4-8 days between major urban centres) (though there could be Customs delays).

Note: Estimated delivery time is business days (excludes weekends and statuatory holidays)
Note: Packages are covered for $100 insurance. Please inform us if you wish to purchase extra optional insurance.
Note: If you have a low value order you could choose less expensive Small Packet-USA Surface or Small Packet-USA Air (no tracking or insurance: at your risk)

We do our best to ship within 1 business day of receiving your order. We will notify you immediately of any unavoidable delays. See the Shipping Charts for costs, options and estimated delivery times.

Delivery
We stand behind the shipping/delivery service we offer through Canada Post. That is why the standard shipping we offer comes with a tracking number and insurance options. You can check the Canada Post website for further details about their delivery standards.

Once we give your package to the shipper, we’ve lost control (such as delays at Customs, truck breakdowns). We will do our best to keep you informed if there are problems (e.g. wild fires in CA that closed post offices). In general, please allow up to 10 business days for your order shipped within Canada, 3 weeks for orders to the States, and longer for International.

We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses, so please take care when you enter this information

The actual cost of delivery is directly connected to the length of time promised for a package to be delivered, the distance from my place to yours, and the weight of your package.

Courier Option
If you MUST have your package in the fastest time possible, please call to get an estimate for a courier option offered through Canada Post. This service if offered for delivery within Canada, to the U.S., and Internationally.

Returns
Any unopened/unused products may be returned for refund at the buyer’s expense within 30 days of purchase. Any damaged or defective products may be returned for refund or replacement free of charges within 30 days of purchase. You must contact us prior to returning any products.
