What is your policy for returns and refunds?
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us and we will make it right (return and replace or refund).
If you are not happy with an item, let us know (within 30 days) and we will arrange for an exchange or return & refund.
We’re sorry – but we can not accept returns on the following:
• no returns on books
• no returns on items that are not in their original condition or packaging
